This role will provide critical administrative support to the HR function, helping maintain accurate employee records, organize documentation, and support data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly. While prior HR experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
What You'll Do
• Maintain and organize electronic employee files and HR documentation
• Perform data entry and updates within HR systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
• Conduct routine data audits to ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Support document management, filing, and record retention processes
• Assist with HR administrative projects and day-to-day coordination activities
• Create, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking logs using Microsoft Office 365
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
• Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and team members as needed
What You Bring
• 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or office support experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Experience supporting Human Resources teams is a plus, but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
