We are currently supporting a confidential search for an HR Coordinator to join a growing organization in Dallas, Texas. This role will provide critical administrative support to the HR function, with a primary focus on employee records management, file organization, and onboarding/offboarding administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting HR operations behind the scenes while ensuring employee information remains accurate, compliant, and well maintained.

What You'll Do

  • Consolidate and organize historical employee files and HR documentation
  • Convert paper personnel records into electronic employee files while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities within ADP
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and personnel record updates
  • Conduct routine audits of employee files and HR records to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Support document retention and record management processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR documentation and administrative processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of Human Resources, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or related administrative experience
  • Experience maintaining employee files and HR documentation
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; ADP experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
