We are currently supporting a confidential search for an HR Coordinator to join a growing organization in Dallas, Texas. This role will provide critical administrative support to the HR function, with a primary focus on employee records management, file organization, and onboarding/offboarding administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting HR operations behind the scenes while ensuring employee information remains accurate, compliant, and well maintained.
What You'll Do
- Consolidate and organize historical employee files and HR documentation
- Convert paper personnel records into electronic employee files while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding activities within ADP
- Assist with new hire paperwork, employee status changes, and personnel record updates
- Conduct routine audits of employee files and HR records to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Support document retention and record management processes
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR documentation and administrative processes
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of Human Resources, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or related administrative experience
- Experience maintaining employee files and HR documentation
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; ADP experience is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
